Hardware Accelerator Week Four: Design

During week four of #HardwareAccelerator19 the teams presented their ideas from Sprint One in the program’s first design review. The teams shared what they learned from customer discovery and progress on their prototypes.

The cohort gained expert advice from design expert Hannah Rudin, who helped the teams brainstorm creative alternatives to their current prototypes.

As the week progressed, Assistant Director Steve Supron and mentor John Callister, PH.D held individual meetings with each team to center their focus on creating their hardware prototype. By the end of the 10 weeks, all of the teams will present their final prototype to a panel of expert judges.

To wrap up the week, teams worked in the hardware shop and began creating their product prototype.
