Many startups want to stay in Ithaca, but as they graduate from incubation, they need physical space to grow. What does the real estate market look like for startups? What projects are on the horizon and what are potential gaps to be filled?

Hear from three local real estate leaders on the current real estate market and future developments that may serve startups. Michael Stamm, President of Tompkins County Area Development (TCAD) will serve as moderator.
