Business Development

Summary: 

We are looking to hire an Account Manager who is responsible to procure sales for our wood coaster promotional product engraved with the Cornell University license. You will reach out to warm contacts internally at Cornell University to different schools, departments, class years, sports teams etc and introduce the wood coaster product, provide follow up, and complete the sales order process. 

Compensation will be paid on performance. 

Responsibilities: 

● Collaborate with team to build sales and fundraising strategy 

● Develop creative and data-driven solutions to identify new prospects and solutions 

● Navigate complex sales cycles and purchasing departments within universities and alumni departments 

● Develop and deliver through business meetings and 1:1 meetings with prospects ● Create and manage partnerships 

● Attend networking events as needed 

● Lead reporting on sales process

● Sees the big picture and implements new initiatives to achieve long term goals ● Uses data to identify opportunities and improve performance 

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
