Presentations@Rev: The Female Advantage– Sources of Power and the Challenges Facing Female Entrepreneurs

Michele’s presentation will focus on the opportunities, challenges, and stereotypes faced by women in business. She will include a discussion about the power of social networks (often underused by women) and why negotiation skills are critical to success. She’ll illuminate the advantage of having more women leading organizations.

Michele has an extensive background teaching leadership and interpersonal relationships at Cornell’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations. She has taught negotiation for over 10 years to executives, undergraduate and graduate students. She currently teaches a course on women in leadership and entrepreneurship.
