Is Your Story Button On? Storytelling and the art of customer engagement.

Participants will learn how to turn their product or service into the hero of their company’s story so their website can engage the right customer with the right message at the right time. Following her 25-min presentation, Orly will facilitate a 35-min interactive messaging exercise. Each participant will list their company’s key core values. Two participants will be chosen to identify their top core value, get an on-the ground assessment of their company’s homepage, and learn how to close potential messaging gaps.

About Orly Zeewy:

Orly Zeewy is a brand architect, respected public speaker and educator. She is a visiting professor in The Park School of Communications at Ithaca College and has taught in the Close School of Entrepreneurship at Drexel University, at the University of Pennsylvania and lectured at Wharton. Orly is a former guest blogger for Comcast Business Community and was featured in a 2016 podcast celebrating Women’s Entrepreneurship Day. She is a mentor and subject matter expert on the global platform 1776 and a contributing writer at The Marketing Journal. She was featured in the business section of the Philadelphia Inquirer in 2017 and is currently writing a marketing guide for startups to be published in 2019. Orly grew up in Lausanne, Switzerland and is bilingual in French and English.
