DESCRIPTION:Now that you have a business idea and identify as an entrepreneur\, you are ready to start building. Using the Business Model Canvas\, you will learn how to describe\, design\, and test your business idea. Over the course of the two sessions\, we will dive into how to avoid “confirmation bias” when validating your business idea\, when to prototype in order to gain customer insights\, and how to avoid the trap of sunk costs. \nThis workshop is meant for the key members of a team who are serious about taking their business idea forward. Admittance is contingent on the stage of your business idea and will be determined based on a brief interview. In person interviews will be held April 6th and 8th.
