DESCRIPTION:Students with fully formed plans for launching a business\, and those who have recently launched\, will have the opportunity to pitch to seasoned entrepreneurs for a share of $18\,000 in cash for their business. Six businesses will give a ten-minute presentation about their company\, followed by five minutes of Q&A from a panel of experienced judges. After deliberation\, the panel of judges will determine which teams will be allocated a portion of the funding based on the viability of their business and the quality of their presentation. \nThousands of dollars in funding will be determined and then announced at the reception.\nWho will have the best plans? What great ideas are students working on? Is there a company that I’d like to join? He started his career by working at Broadview International (now Jefferies) and previously served as a director of the Software & Information Industry Association.
