DESCRIPTION:Rev: Ithaca Startup Work’s Office Hours give members the opportunity to reserve an appointment with a Rev Entrepreneur-In-Residence (EIR) or a guest expert to discuss strategy\, seek assistance with business connections\, and receive valuable feedback. Office Hours are hosted by our EIRs or selected guests on a rotating basis and are typically offered each week. \n\n        Click here to register!\n    \n\nOffice Hours will be held 9:00am-12:00pm & registration is required for a 30-minute session. Registration for this event will close on Tuesday\, September 11th at 9:00am. If you are interested in attending these Office Hours & miss the registration sign-up\, please contact Christy Johnson at csj46@cornell.edu. \nAbout Nate Cook: \nNate Cook is an attorney of counsel in Miller Mayer’s practice group\, and focuses on business\, finance\, real estate\, and intellectual property law. Mr. Cook advises entrepreneurs and established businesses in organization\, mergers and acquisitions\, formation\, licensing\, succession planning\, and financing. Mr. Cook also focuses on real estate\, where he represents buyers and sellers of residences and commercial real estate throughout Central NY and the Southern Tier. Mr. Cook also advises clients in intellectual property protection\, trademark and copyright registration\, licensing\, franchising\, negotiation and preparation of software development and service agreements\, as well as trade secret protection. Nate Cook received his J.D. from Rutgers Law School and Bachelor of Music and Master of Music degrees from the University of North Texas. \n
