Click here to register! \n. \nAbout Paul Lee \nPaul Lee is an Attorney Of Counsel in Miller Mayer’s Business Service Group. \nMr. Lee engages in corporate law and regulatory compliance advising seed and early stage companies to Global 500 companies in formation\, corporate governance\, corporate finance\, acquisitions\, and regulatory compliance. Mr. Lee represents a wide range of companies in emerging industries including ag-tech\, life sciences\, clean energy\, international trade and financial services\, among others. \nMany of Mr. Lee’s clients include university spinout companies commercializing technologies who have received STTR/SBIR Phase I and II funding as well as private companies undergoing Phase 0. He represents companies who are residents of the many incubators and accelerator programs including ESD Centers of Excellence\, REV Ithaca Startup Works\, Cornell’s McGovern Center\, NextCorps\, CUNY’s iHub with many of his companies having won competitions including those sponsored by FuzeHub and New York’s 76West Clean Energy Competition.

She’s also co-founder of PollQ\, a chatbot polling tool for higher education\, and a board member at Women 2.0\, the leading media brand for women in tech. \nIn 2016\, Elisa oversaw a successful acquisition deal with a division of Singlebrook\, a custom software services firm that she co-founded and led as CEO for over 10 years. She is the company’s CFO as well as chair of the board. Singlebrook has Fortune 500\, higher education\, and nonprofit clients from around the world including: Cornell\, Yale\, Henry Schein\, Hitachi\, the Sierra Club\, the Environmental Defense Fund\, and more. \nPrior to starting Singlebrook\, Elisa founded two other companies and worked in a variety of industries in New York City. She has also launched several networking groups and regularly serves as a mentor and judge for startup accelerators and competitions.
