DESCRIPTION:Rev members are invited to stop by and meet with Paul Lee\, Attorney Of Counsel in Miller Mayer’s Business Services Group. Office Hours will be held 9:00am-12:00pm. Pre-registration is required for a 30-minute session. \nAbout Paul Lee \nMr. Lee engages in corporate law and regulatory compliance with an emphasis in the banking\, energy\, technology\, manufacturing and food & drug industries. Mr. Lee’s practice includes advising seed and early stage companies to Global 500 companies in their formation\, corporate governance\, acquisitions\, regulatory compliance and internal investigation matters. \nMr. Lee possesses a breadth of experience in financing transactions involving investment and exit of venture capital and private equity as well as in all facets of bank lending and corporate finance including real estate\, construction\, trade finance\, project finance and corporate bond issuance. Mr. Lee also has negotiated hedging instruments and derivative contracts including ISDA agreements with all major market makers around the world. \nMr. Lee has also represented energy companies\, general contractors and financiers negotiating EPC(M) and project finance documents for turnkey civil engineering and construction projects located across the United States as well as overseas in Korea\, Indonesia and Malaysia. \nPrior to joining Miller Mayer\, Mr. Lee practiced corporate\, banking and regulatory law as an associate general counsel in a global bank and at major law firms in New York City and Seoul. \nMr. Lee is a regular speaker at national and international conferences with respect to cross-border regulatory regimes including export controls together with economic sanctions\, money laundering and bribery/corruption. \nMr. Lee is a member of the New York and New Jersey State bars.
